The inspiration for the Limited Edition ANMA CANDLE was developed in India, Rishikesh.
All the crystals  were carefully selected by myself and finally cleaned and recharged in the river of Ganges during the Aarti ritual. The sunset Ganga Aarti ritual at Parmarth Niketan ashram draws between hundreds and thousands of visitors each day from all cultures, all languages, all religions and all walks of life. Regardless of one's religion or ability to understand Hindi or Sanskrit, the power of the Aarti is universal. Additionally the scent was found in Rishikesh local shops- Sandalwood natural oils.
The beautiful, romantic label has been designed by my dear friend Yuna Akazawa, who is a Japanese designer from San Francisco.

Candle care

 Please make sure first time you burn the candle let it melt all the way to the edges of the glass to get a more even burning of the candle. Burning time may last up to 40 hours.

Before each time you relight the candle please make sure you shorten the wick, leaving about 8mm above the wax. It will allow your candle to burn more slowly and also avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the glass.

After blowing out your candle, re-center and straighten the wick.

Never leave a lit candle unattended. This could be a fire risk. Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric or drapes. Do not place your candle on a marble or glass surface. If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass may crack.
